Adia is a dedicated and compassionate Therapist with 20 years of professional experience in the mental health field. A graduate from the University of Chicago with a Master's in Social Service Administration with a clinical concentration. She has the ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds and various needs. Her area of expertise include Adolescents, young adults, trauma, sexual assault, PTSD, career exploration, parenting, family and women's issues, grief and loss, late-stage life adjustment, stress management, life, and health coaching. She utilizes client-centered, strengths-based, holistic, supportive therapy, CBT, and mindfulness approach. Her non-judgmental and holistic approach towards rapport building can help reduce the anxiety of starting therapy. You've made the first step, now the journey begins.
